I'd like to place an order and have it sent directly to the recipient... is that possible?

Yes, that is possible! Please enter the recipient's name and address details on the checkout page.We do not include paper invoices in the package. 

I have sensitive skin - what’s in my jewelry?

With Friendly Vibe, You are on the safe side.  Our jewelry won’t irritate your skin. 

All necklaces are made of 925 Sterling Silver or Brass, and 100% nickel free.

Is your jewelry nickel free?

All our products are 100% nickel-free.

What if there are any problems with my order?

For every item there is a "Comments" box. Write your request as clearly as possible and we will do our best to comply.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Unfortunately not! Currently we ship only in the USA. 

How do I order from your website?

It’s simple, fun and easy to order at Friendly Vibe. You just place items in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Fill your shipping details and proceed to payment. We do NOT share your personal information with any 3rd party.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction and will accept returns on any products that a customer is not satisfied with. We offer 100% return policy!

Shipping expenses are non-refundable in any case.

What information will I receive about my order?

After placing your online order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Within the next 2-3  days you will receive shipping confirmation by email and your tracking number.

How are my necklaces shipped?

We use the US Postal Service and Fedex for our shipping your order. 

We will email you a tracking number once your package is shipped. 

How long before I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. You'll receive a tracking number by email automatically once it is sent out. Shipping can take 3-5 business days.

Is your jewelry hallmarked with a 925 or sterling silver stamp?

Yes, our necklaces are 925 sterling silver and are stamped, except for the items that are impossible to stamp. There are no metals in our necklaces that could irritate your skin and cause unpleasant reactions.

What materials are your products made from?

All charms are made of 925 Sterling Silver or Brass. For more information regarding material for a specific necklace please check the product details information box on the product page.

Will my order arrive for events like Christmas, Valentine's or Mother's Day?

For the Christmas Holidays and for any other big event we will have an announcement regarding shipping and delivery time. Please contact us at friendlyvibe.friendlyvibe@gmail.com for more information on shipping times. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

At Friendly Vibe, we accept multiple payment methods including: PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. We do not accept payment via cash on delivery or bank transfer.

Yes, you can add a personal gift message to every order! All necklaces are gift ready and placed in a jewelry box. Saves You from the hassle of wrapping a gift!

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

Keep in mind that

- Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order date.

- Customers are responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shippingdetails. So please double check if your address is correct

What is included in the package?

You will receive Your Friendly Vibe’s necklace in a gift box ready to be given to someone special! We might surprise you with another gift for You.

What is stamped on the charm?

The pendants are stamped with the 925 Sterling Silver designation on them.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are processed within 24 hours after you received confirmation of the cancelation. In most cases, You will receive your funds back to your bank account right away.
